That’s not the only festival on the way.
As we get closer to the 4th of July and America’s 2-hundred-50th birthday, plenty of events are popping up across Middle TN. Of course, this year’s “Let Freedom Sing!” is happening downtown, with fun kicking off on July 3rd.
They’ll also be celebrating at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage with “Path of Glory at The Hermitage.” Over at the Tennessee State Capitol, scout troops will complete a flag care service project and they’ll do a flag folding ceremony. If you wanted to take in as much history as possible, you could head out to Piney Flats, TN where they’re offering historical tours, a reading of the constitution, and you can help decorate the Liberty Tree.
