Demolition starts today over at the RiverGate Mall.
Mayor Freddie O’Connell will visit the site today, which will be transformed into a new multi-use development project. The master plan includes 100 townhomes, 80 senior housing units, retail and dining, green and plaza space for the community and more.
The development is gonna take a while to complete and go into the early 2030s.
