A local woman is doing her best to help keep other women safe while downtown.
A woman named Erika Gorman just launched a new site called “Spiked in Nash” where people can fill out a form that explains the situation- including what bar they were at, if they reported it to the bar or the police and more. Unfortunately, we hear about drink spiking way too often, and not just amongst tourists, but with locals too.
This is happening to people of all ages, no matter if they’re male or female. The site’s purpose it to expose any patterns in the spiking and help provide evidence for stronger safety measures.
