Congratulations are in order for the Independence Academy High School boys soccer team!
What’s wild is that they won their first state title last season, even without having their own field to practice on. The team only had practice on an actual soccer field 3 times during the season and used the school’s gym and parking lot instead, so that makes the title even more special.
They’re now raising money in hopes to find a permanent home for them to use while they practice to defend their title!
