They really have to make everything difficult don’t they?
Yeah, NDOT, I’m talking to you. With pretty much all the free parking in the city going away, NDOT has decided to double parking citations in the new year. Just something to note because it seems like they’re gonna really be on-top of this in the new year, especially once they change more spots from free to paid.
