We just got our first look at a massive project in Belle Meade.
The Belle Meade Plaza is about to get a major upgrade, adding 2 residential buildings, a private 5- acre park, a hotel, retail space and more. We just got new renderings from the developers and it looks like it’s gonna be gorgeous! Some residents are still sad that their local Kroger and Hallmark stores had to be moved, however, they’re excited to see new businesses in the area.
It’s gonna be a couple years before this is completed. As of now, they hope to welcome residents in 2028.
