A local dog is getting national attention.
Sgt. Bo is a retired therapy dog with the Metro Police Department and he recently became a semi-finalist in the annual Hero Dog Awards: Therapy Dog category. Sgt Bo and his handler Officer Faye Okert retired on July 7th after years of service and bringing healing to Nashville residents.
