Franklin’s Lieutenant Jeff Boggs received a Medal of Valor late last week for his quick thinking and life-saving efforts back in January of last year. Last year, Lieutenant Boggs rescued a fellow firefighter who was trapped after falling through a collapsed floor while fighting a house fire.
Multiple other firefighters were also recognized for their response to the tornadoes last May. More HERE
