Billions of Cicadas are ready to emerge, starting the end of April, and Tennessee is expected to have one of the largest concentrations of the bugs anywhere in the U.S. This is supposed to be the Brood 14 Cicadas, which come out every 17 years.
They come out when the soil gets warm enough, and should be gone by the end of June.
