Nashville meteorologist Bree Smith just spent her day testifying before a state House subcommittee, because creators edited her face onto semi-nude photos, put them on hundreds of websites, and offered so-called exclusive content for money or personal information.
Bree is asking for harsher punishment for Deep Fake scammers. The committee unanimously agreed, and the bill is moving forward.
