An 85 year old woman in East Nashville got the surprise of a lifetime.
Back around the holidays, the woman named Anniece was featured on WSMV because she lost thousands of dollars thanks to an unlicensed contractor, but that story led to a life-changing event. Just a couple weeks ago, Anniece was a guest on Sherri Shepherd’s talk show and got a huge surprise when it was announced that actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry would be paying off her mortgage.
