Two rare plants in Rutherford County could soon be protected under law.
A bill was passed in the Tennessee House of Representatives that would protect land in the Rocky Hill Road Glades which is home to the state- endangered Running Glade Clover. This is actually the only location on Earth to find this plant.
Another plant being protected is Braun’s Rockcress, which can be found here and in a small area of Northern Kentucky. This is all pretty interesting! Read more about the plants HERE
