Got an update on those stranded astronauts.. Tennessee native Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams.
They’re still stranded, but good news is that they could be returning home soon. Quick recap if you missed this story, but in June the pair were supposed to go up to the international space station for 5 days.. they had an issue with their ship and have been up there now for 8 months.. and it’s looking like it’ll be at least one more month before they come back home to Earth. The SpaceX mission that was supposed to bring them back was delayed until late March.
Butch and Suni both said they don’t mind the extra time in space and Suni actually just set a spacewalk record last month for female astronauts so at least they’re making the most out of their time up there! Details HERE
