The school just got fined $250,000, but for a good reason, in my eyes at least! On Saturday, just one single point secured the Vandy men’s basketball team a win over the University of Tennessee and naturally students in the stands lost their MINDS and stormed the court in celebration.
The SEC fined the school because of the competition area policy. This is the school’s 2nd offense in 4 months because the kids did this for the football team in October.. which again, to me, warranted.. that’s why the fine is so expensive. Details HERE
