A new policy could be put into place in Williamson County when it comes to head lice in schools.
Millions of head lice infestations happen every year and now the Williamson County School Board is reviewing a policy which would allow students to remain in school until the end of the day, rather than being picked up from school immediately, even after being diagnosed with lice.
The student would be able to return after proof of treatment or passing an examination by the school nurse. More on that HERE
They’re saying whoever in their circle was gonna get it, probably already has been exposed so there’s no real point to take the kid out of school.
