A man in Franklin named Jim Harris is spreading a little joy to his “friends” every day as part of his morning routine.. his friends, by the way, are everybody that drives past because to them, he’s known as “The Waver” or “The Waver Guy.”
Every morning Jim walks up Carothers Parkway to greet all of his neighbors on their way to work and he’s become a staple in their morning commutes. If ya see Jim this morning, give him a wave and tell him we say hi! More details HERE
