Nickelodeon did it first.. remember those little scratch and sniff “smell-o-vision” stickers they’d give out for certain events?
Well now, a new device called “MovieScent” could bring scents into your home while you watch movies. The device has 6 initial scents like fresh cut grass, restaurant, ocean, and forest, but 36 more options are set to arrive in the next coming months like new car and fire. The system is compatible with every movie and game and uses AI to identify a cue to release a scent that corresponds with whatever scene you’re watching.
