We just got even more info about these “choice lanes” that are set to be built on I-24 between Murfreesboro and Nashville.
Apparently, they’ll have a minimum speed limit of 45 to 55 miles per hour. Experts say this is guaranteed to keep the flow of traffic smooth. We still don’t know what the pricing is gonna be like.. looking at other states for reference, in Florida, it varies from 50 cents to 10 bucks or so.
TDOT is in the early stages of planning still and are trying to figure out where to even put the entrances and exits of the lanes. All the newest info on the choice lanes is HERE
