Free Healthcare, Vision, Dental Clinic From Ascension/St. Thomas

Ascension Saint Thomas is offering FREE medical, dental, health, and vision care services, Saturday (6/29) at the Nashville Fairgrounds from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Select prescriptions will be provided at no cost. It’s their Medical Mission at Home event and it’s first come, first served. You can pre-register online if you want.  Details HERE.
