Monell’s at the Manor won’t go down without a fight, as they continue to save the old historic mansion.
Demolition is expected later this month on the building next to the airport, however, there’s some hope for it’s preservation. According to the Tennessee Historical Commission, the building does meet the criteria for listing in the National Register of Historic Places, meaning there could be consequences if it was demolished.
