Today is Martin Luther King Jr Day!
This year, it falls on what would’ve been his birthday. There are some ways to honor him around Nashville.. now these MAY be postponed because of the snow, but Fisk University and Vanderbilt were meant to team up later this afternoon for a gymnastics event, bringing the country’s ONLY African American women’s head coaches together for a competition.
There was also a march set for this morning to start at Jefferson Street Missionary Baptist Church.. not sure if that’ll still be on or postponed, but I’d assume so. Get all the details HERE
