If you’ve been in the giving spirit and you’re looking for ways to help out and spread cheer to the community this season, a local nonprofit could use your help.
MidCumberland Meals on Wheels serves 13 counties across Middle Tennessee and could use help distributing meals.. especially in Rutherford, Wilson, Sumner and Montgomery counties. If you’re not familiar with meals on wheels, they help provide home-delivered meals to seniors as well as adults with mental or physical challenges.
They’re looking for volunteers to help for the holiday season, as well as afterwards. You can find out more info HERE
