Why did the cow cross the road? Well… because it’s on the loose.
Apparently it’s become a thing in Rutherford County where cows have been going rogue so the Sheriff’s Office is reminding residents of how to report a cow that needs to be brought into the big house. If you think a cow or other livestock could be an “immediate threat to life,” you should contact 911 for an emergency response.. if not, and you just see it wandering around.. you should submit a complaint to the Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Crime Unit.
