We’ve been seeing this all across the mid-state recently – animal shelters at full capacity.
Metro Nashville Animal Care and Control just announced that they’ll temporarily close their intake after reaching full capacity. They’ve been working with local rescues to open up some space and the adoption floor remains open. You can still call them for animal-related emergencies and they are still bringing in stray cats and kittens.
