Bring the friends and family out to the 4th Annual Framily 5k at Mill Ridge Park.

This is always a lot of fun and a date has been set for late May. There’s 2 routes, so you can take the Grassland loop trail or the quarter-mile paved loop. What’s special about this 5k, as well, is that you can bring leashed dogs to walk with you!
