The results are in and now Metro Nashville Public Schools is reviewing everything they’ve heard when it comes to start times for next school year.
All last month, they asked local families to weigh-in on a potential change to the times metro schools will begin their days. 67% of the responses were supportive of adjusting times for high schoolers, while many are weary about how later start times will affect athletics, family responsibilities and childcare.
Now, they’ll look at all of those things and will host additional town halls to get even more feedback. Details HERE
The final recommendation will be brought to the board by January 27th.
