For the 3rd year in a row, Titans star Jeffery Simmons is the team’s nominee for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award.
He was surprised with the honor last week while speaking at a youth football camp. Honestly, I can’t think of a better person for this to go to.. he’s always out in the community and lending a helping hand.
He’ll wear a special decal on his helmet for the rest of the season to recognize the accomplishment and will find out if he won the award at the NFL Honors awards show on February 5th.
