This is worth noting if you or somebody you know is headed to college next year.
The Tennessee Higher Education Commission just announced that the 2026/27 FAFSA is now open for TN students. If you’re unfamiliar, FAFSA is the first step to getting some financial aid in the form of grands, scholarships and more and it stands for “Free Application for Federal Student Aid.”
They’re also hosting FAFSA Frenzy events through March to help students and families with the application process. Read more about it HERE
