It’s not only migration season for birds, but for Monarch butterflies here in Middle TN.
Conservationists at Radnor Lake State Park are working to store habitats and native grasslands for the butterflies. Plants like flowering ironweed, thistles and frost weed are great resources for the bugs and creates a welcoming stop on their travels. People can start to plant these in their yards and Radnor Lake State Park actually has seed packets to help you out!

Radnor Lake is also going to host free monarch hikes for the next week.
