No surprise here.. Dollywood was just named one of the best employers for women in America.
Forbes released the list and Dollywood is actually the only theme park on it. To create the list, Forbes used data from more than 140 thousand women employed at different companies within the US and used things like employee satisfaction, public perception, leadership diversity and more.
