Over in Clarksville, parking could be changing downtown.. and for the better!
The Clarksville Planning Commission is considering offering 2 hours of free downtown parking to help draw more people downtown to shop. Some businesses have been having a hard time staying open so they’re hoping this could help others stay open and make some money.
