Tree experts are warning residents about an invasive beetle that’s made it’s way to Nashville.
The Emerald Ash Borer is invasive and kills ash trees, meaning up to 13% of Tennessee’s trees could be threatened by them. Local experts say the beetles are about an inch long and fly from tree to tree. They leave dozens of small holes in the bark of the trees they attack and if you see the holes, it’s probably too late to save the tree.
