Bob briefly mentioned it yesterday, but if you’re planning a trip to North Carolina any time soon and you’re driving, just be aware of this.
I-40 is closed at the border for repairs and debris removal after a mud slide and flooding. TDOT says this could take about 2 weeks to complete. They did suggest alternative routes for your travel.
