An inclusive playground in Goodlettsville is almost set to open.
Rachel’s Garden has been in the works for a while now and will be an inclusive park for kids of all abilities to play in. The idea for the park came from a retired captain with the Goodlettsville Fire Department named Ricky West after noticing there weren’t many options for his daughter Rachel who is wheel-chair bound.
They’re putting some final touches on the park now and plan on announcing a formal grand opening and ribbon cutting soon. More on this HERE
