- Remember when there was a rumor that Kelly Clarkson might replace Hoda Kotb on Hoda and Jenna? Well now, Page Six says Hoda Kotb may replace Kelly Clarkson on her NBC talk show. An NBC insider says, “There’s a long list of names and Hoda is part of that list. NBC never wanted Hoda to leave. The question is, would Hoda want to do it? Hoda ticks a lot of boxes.’’ As for Kelly, the source says, “If the album doesn’t do well, she might want to keep her talk show. But she has a lot going on and the timing may be right for the next chapter.”
- A 2.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded south of Nicholasville at 3:41 a.m. Sunday. According to the United States Geological Survey, other cities affected include Danville, High Bridge, Frankfort, and Richmond, Kentucky. This comes less than 20 hours after a 4.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Tennessee and Southern Kentucky on Saturday. That’s two earthquakes over a 2.0 magnitude impacting Kentucky within a 24-hour timespan. So far, no damage has been reported. Nearly a dozen people reported feeling the earthquake on the USGS website.
