Forget about the Kentucky Derby this weekend because 2 bars in East Nashville are hosting The Great Hobby Horse Derby this Saturday. Tiger Bar and Gramps Garage Bar are teaming up for the event which will hold relay hobby horse races every hour for teams of 4.
If you’re wondering what a Hobby Horse race means, it’s when you run around a track with one of those fake horse heads on a stick. The winners of the relay tournament will be given a prize, as will the best dressed at the bar.
