A dog was the big star downtown over the weekend after taking part in the Rock N Roll Marathon’s Doggie Dash.
Persey, short for Perseverance, is the perfect name for this 3-legged dog from Sevierville. Persey is missing a leg after getting hit by a car, but hasn’t let that stop him from enjoying life and doing all of the things other dogs do.
