Congratulations are in order for a 10 year old in Mt Juliet.
Kairi Carona is a student at Rutland Elementary who loves to draw, and now, her artwork just weaved her into the community’s history because she just designed the mascot for the new Central Pike Elementary school in Wilson County.
She drew a smiling coyote with blue and silver in its’ fur, which is the school’s colors. What’s wild is that Kairi and her family are actually moving to California within the next few weeks, so this is like her goodbye gift to Wilson County.
