Allergy Season Will Be Longer and Stronger In Middle TN

Grab the Claritin and tissues because it’s gonna be a long allergy season.
According to researches at the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, allergy season in Middle Tennessee is going to get longer and stronger. Experts say to avoid outdoor activities between 4pm and sunset to minimize your exposure to pollen.
