Residents in Lebanon will sleep a little better come the 4th of July this year because the city just put some new restrictions on fireworks.
After repeated concerns for scared pets and veterans suffering from PTSD, the city has decided to make some changes. Fireworks will now be okay to discharge between July 1st and 5th.. so that means no more 2 week long celebrations and random loud booms in the middle of the night.
The ordinance also put some restrictions on when and where you can buy fireworks. More HERE
