This sounds delicious and I’m so mad we missed it!
Out in Celina, the first-ever Chocolate Gravy Festival just took place, which by the way- I’ve never even heard of Chocolate Gravy, but yes.. sign me up. Apparently this is a big thing in Clay County and most local restaurants serve it.. it’s even on the menu at the public schools.
Maybe I’m wrong, but everything I see makes it look like it’s just a runnier chocolate pudding. We’ll have to head out to the next festival year!
