You’ll soon see this being worn by security guards in Tennessee.
The state just launched a new patch to help identify security officers. The bright orange patches read “off-duty private duty law enforcement” and “security officer” on them. Now, law enforcement can wear either their uniforms, a security patch, or one of these new patches when they take jobs as security guards.
