1. The first total lunar eclipse takes place this Thursday and Friday; the first since November 2022. Earth blocks sunlight that normally reaches the moon, causing what some also call a “blood moon” due to our planet’s shadow looks red. The eclipse will begin in the US on Thursday at 11:57pm EST, reach its totality at around 2:30am EST and end Friday at around 6am.

Lately, there’s a lot of commotion about a $19 strawberry you can buy there. A local LA influencer, Alyssa Antoci, recently posted her reactions to the organic berry from luxury Japanese retailer Elly Amai, and the internet is losing its mind about it. According to those who have tried it, the strawberry is amazing and worth the price but folks on social media have thoughts. This commenter pointed out the irony in today’s climate: “People can’t afford eggs and then there are people spending $20 on a single strawberry I hate it here.” “If I dropped $20 on a strawberry, I’d probably convince myself it was the best one I’ve ever tasted too,” another said. “Please stop normalizing spending $19 on one strawberry,” chimed in another.
Four Year Old Calls 911 On His Mother Because She Ate His Ice Cream .. a Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin boy recently called 911. He claimed his mom needed to go to jail for eating his ice cream. Officers returned with ice cream for the child after he changed his mind. The incident ended with a sweet surprise and a lesson learned.
