A local pet food pantry may be shutting down their services.
The Pet Pantry was established here in Nashville to help provide emergency pet food and supplies to residents who are struggling with costs. After just under a year in service, the organization helped feed over 400 pets across Middle Tennessee, but are shutting down due to lack of donations.
The Pet Pantry is sending out one last SOS, asking for donations of pet items or monetary donations to help keep them afloat. They actually have an Amazon Wishlist up that makes it easy to donate essential items.
