Here’s a new way to find renters in Nashville.
A local home-sharing program called “Nesterly” matches older homeowners who have extra room with renters seeking affordable housing. The company partnered with Metro Nashville’s Housing Division to make this happen and uses social workers to match the homeowners with the renters.
So they run the background checks, proof of employment and they even handle the lease and rent collection. They’re hoping to get 100 hosts on the program before opening it up to guests.
