“Whoop There It Is” – Whooping Cough On The Rise In Rutherford Co Schools

Speaking of schools – 3 Rutherford County Schools are seeing cases of whooping cough.

If your kids go to Oakland Middle School, Oakland High School or McFadden School of Excellence, just keep an eye out for symptoms because parents got calls alerting them to the cases in their school.

Whooping cough is highly contagious and can be especially worrisome if it’s spread to a baby.
