This is gonna take a little longer than initially planned.
A project to make Dickerson Pike safer is being extended to now be completed by July 31st, 2027. According to the agreement, if the project is not done by that date, the agreement will expire and then TDOT would not have to reimburse the cost of any work performed after that.
Dickerson Pike is one of the deadliest roads in Davidson County. Read more about the project HERE
