Nashville Man Gets Caught for Felony Offense, because of Littering

Dumb Move By Convicted Felon Leads to his Arrest
There’s a guy in Davidson County jail today, caught with a LOT of dope, and a loaded handgun, because he was a litterbug.
The man down trash at a gas station, a police officer nearby asked him to pick it up, and they guy allegedly just looked at the officer, and headed to his car. Police ran an ID check. Turns out the gentleman was on felony probation. And with all the drugs and the loaded handgun in his car, he’s back in jail.
