Vanderbilt Makes Moves to Expand its West End Footprint

Vanderbilt University is expanding its footprint in the West End area. They’re buying the Park Place shopping center on 29th, with plans for expansion in the future. They’re planning to let Chipotle, Ted’s Montana Grill, and the other businesses keep operating there under their current leases.
