Hendersonville is the latest city to fight against short-term rentals.
Signs are popping up saying things like “neighborhoods are for neighbors” and the city has sought to shut down 2 rentals permanently after they received more than 50 citations for things like late-night commotions, erratic traffic and trespassing.
Back in 2016, Hendersonville banned all vacation rentals lasting less than one month in residential zoning and residents are encouraged to report concerns. Details HERE
